Our Story
What started as an idea during lockdown with nothing better to do, that has been spoken about many times over the years has finally become a reality. Now older and hopefully wiser, with the ability to give Tees & Totes the attention it deserves, here we are!
Created and sold out of The Book Shop, 142 High Street, in Lee-on-the-Solent, by Jazz, the manager of the shop and Sarah, her mum.
Our Mission
Our mission is to encourage people to embrace their inner nerd. We love all things quirky and of course, books are our lives. After searching Etsy for hours and hours for specific reference to obscure books that no one has ever heard of and coming up short, we decided to just design our own. Then, realising we had the resources and the following for it, Tees and Totes at 142 was born!
